Becomes First University to Win Three IEAC Awards, Advancing Work-Integrated Education to Develop Future-Ready Talent

BANGKOK, Thailand – Dhurakij Pundit University (DPU) has brought international recognition to Thailand with a historic achievement, becoming the first educational institution to receive three top-level awards from the International Education Accreditation Council (IEAC), a UK-based international education accreditation.

DPU has also become the first higher education institution in Thailand to achieve the highest “5 Stars Rating” across all eight assessment categories. The recognition reinforces the university’s position as a leader in internationally benchmarked education and human capital development, with a strong focus on preparing students for the rapidly evolving world of work.

In this landmark assessment, DPU received five stars in all eight key categories: Academic Programs; Teaching and Learning; Quality Assurance and Enhancement; Environmental, Health and Safety; Student Welfare; Governance, Management and Systems; Marketing and Recruitment of Students; and Overall Rating.

In addition, DPU became the first institution in the world to receive three institutional awards: the Future Job Ready & Career Success Award, the Human Potential Development Award, and the Global Education Pathways Award.

These prestigious accolades reflect DPU’s distinctive educational philosophy and its belief that developing human potential is one of the most important foundations for navigating a constantly changing world.
